Instructions
Prepare the ingredients. Cut the meat into strips about 1 cm wide. Wash the broccoli and divide it into inflorescences.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry for 3-5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the broth, soy sauce, corn starch, pepper, honey, garlic and ginger (ginger, like garlic, can be crushed with a garlic grinder).
Add the sauce and cook, stirring, for a few more minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add the broccoli and cook, stirring, for 2-4 minutes, until the broccoli is soft. Serve with rice or noodles.
