  1. Melt the butter and cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the milk, sour cream and soda.
  3. Beat the egg with sugar.
  4. Add sour cream with milk and soda, vegetable and melted butter, mix well.
  5. Gradually add flour so that the dough does not get too tight.
  6. You should get an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
  7. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each part of the dough on a floured surface as thinly as possible. Carefully transfer the dough with a rolling pin to a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with vegetable oil.
  8. Wash the apples, peel and cut into strips.
  9. Put the apples on the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Roll out the dough with the filling. Strudel can be greased with yolk and baked in a preheated 180 degree oven until ready for 20-30 minutes. From this amount of ingredients I got 2 small strudels.
  10. The finished strudel can optionally be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
