Soy sauce

tablespoons
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Wash, peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Wash the cabbage, remove the upper leaves and chop into small strips.
Put the vegetables in a deep bowl and pour lemon juice over them.
Mix everything well and mash it with your hands, the cabbage should become softer and give juice.
Pour soy sauce into the cabbage, stir and leave to infuse.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Sweet pepper is also cut into strips.
Put all the vegetables to the cabbage and add half a can of corn.
Cut the greens (I have parsley).
Sprinkle the salad with herbs, pour vegetable oil over it and mix well.
Put them on serving plates and you can eat.
