Tagliatelle with Shrimp and Mussels Recipe
Pasta with a summer mood. Very tasty and tender. I like to cook this pasta on weekends. All my relatives love this dish very much.

Ingredients

tagliatelle

gram
Shrimps

Mussels

cloves
Garlic

Olive oil

Tomatoes

Dry white wine

teaspoon
Basil
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients – boil and peel the shrimp, rinse the mussels from the sand.
Finely chop and fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes in olive oil.
Squeeze the finely chopped tomatoes, simmer until soft for about 7-8 minutes.
Pour in the wine, simmer over low heat until smooth. Add salt, pepper and basil.
Add the shrimp. Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add mussels, as in the photo.
Then, after 4 minutes, turn over and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Boil the tagliatelle (or spaghetti) for about 5 minutes in salted water.
Spread the pasta sauce on top, you can add a glass of dry white wine) Bon appetit!)
