Tagliatelle with Shrimp and Mussels Recipe
Pasta with a summer mood. Very tasty and tender. I like to cook this pasta on weekends. All my relatives love this dish very much.

  1. Prepare the ingredients – boil and peel the shrimp, rinse the mussels from the sand.
  2. Finely chop and fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes in olive oil.
  3. Squeeze the finely chopped tomatoes, simmer until soft for about 7-8 minutes.
  4. Pour in the wine, simmer over low heat until smooth. Add salt, pepper and basil.
  5. Add the shrimp. Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add mussels, as in the photo.
  7. Then, after 4 minutes, turn over and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Boil the tagliatelle (or spaghetti) for about 5 minutes in salted water.
  9. Spread the pasta sauce on top, you can add a glass of dry white wine) Bon appetit!)
