Mayonnaise
Instructions
Mash the avocado pulp with a fork, mix with lemon juice.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Cut the eggs in half (you can do it figuratively), stir the yolks with a fork.
Chop the shrimp, mix with the yolks, cheese and mayonnaise.
Put the avocado sauce in the finished tartlets.
Put the egg whites in the sauce.
And stuff the egg with shrimp salad.
