Instructions
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Pass through a meat grinder and add eggs. Mix well.
Add kefir. Whisk well.
Add flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
Mix well. The dough is ready.
Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
I got 16 pancakes.
Preparing the filling. Grate the melted cheese on a grater.
Finely chop the olives.
Finely chop the cucumbers and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Chop the dill.
Add greens and cucumbers to the cheese. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
Add mayonnaise. Mix well.
Assemble the cake.
Brush each pancake with the filling and sprinkle with olives. And so on until the end.
I got 2 cakes.
