  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  2. Pass through a meat grinder and add eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add kefir. Whisk well.
  4. Add flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
  5. Mix well. The dough is ready.
  6. Fry the pancakes until golden brown.

  9. Finely chop the olives.
  10. Finely chop the cucumbers and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  11. Chop the dill.
  12. Add greens and cucumbers to the cheese. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
