The Chinese Cabbage Salad with Vegetables Recipe
I offer a recipe for a simple, fresh, juicy salad of Peking cabbage with cucumber, carrot, bell pepper and tomatoes. It can be used as a snack or side dish for meat, fish.

Ingredients

Chinese cabbage

gram
Cucumber
(fresh)

Carrot

Bulgarian pepper

Tomato

Garlic

teaspoon
Lemon juice
Balsamic
Salt
(to taste)

teaspoon
Vegetable oil

tablespoons
Olive oils
Black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Finely chop the cabbage. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add Bulgarian pepper.
Mix gently. Pour in lemon juice, pepper oil (can be replaced with hot red pepper) and balsamic.
Add chopped garlic and black pepper. Add olive oil and herbs.
Mix the salad and add salt.
Cut the tomato into small cubes. Add to the salad without seeds and juice.
Let the salad brew for 30-40 minutes.
