  1. Prepare minced meat for cutlets. Cut the breast fillet into pieces and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add to the Turkey fillet: a small egg white, butter, peeled and chopped onion and garlic, grated raw potatoes, seasoning, pepper and salt, mix.
  3. Grind the prepared products in the bowl of a blender and taste for salt.

  5. Make some toast. The photo shows 2 servings of toast. Cut off the crusts from the bread. Crusts can be dried, grated and left for breading toast. I have breadcrumbs.
  6. Slices of bread smeared with ketchup.
  7. Put a slice of cheese on the bread. You can take the cheese melted into the plates or solid plates. Plates previously, I cut into 2 parts.
  8. Put the cutlets on 2 slices of bread.
  9. Cover the sandwiches with a second piece of bread and cheese.
