  1. Cut chicken meat into thin strips.
  2. Cut a small carrot, zucchini and a sprig of celery into pieces. Cut the white part of the leek into rings.
  3. Fry the meat in sunflower or olive oil over high heat until it turns white.
  4. Add the vegetables and fry for five to seven minutes.
  5. Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, dip them in boiling water for two minutes. To get the tomatoes out of the water, dip them in cold water. Then it is easy to clean the skin.
  6. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and add them to the meat and fried vegetables in the pan. Stir, add salt and pepper. Optionally add your favorite spices. If you like it more spicy, add a little chili pepper.
  7. To speed up the process, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat until cooked. It takes about 15-20 minutes. Then pour in the garlic powder and mix. At the end, add a spoonful of sour cream, this will thicken the filling and make it softer, mix. Sprinkle the finished filling with parsley.
  8. When the meat is ready, prepare a tortilla. Cut it into two halves and put it in a hot, dry frying pan. For a beautiful picture, it’s better to use a grill pan, but it doesn’t matter. Heat the cake on both sides for just a few seconds so that it becomes warm and elastic. The main thing is that the tortilla does not dry out.
  9. Put a tablespoon of filling on the hot half of the tortilla and roll the tortilla into a tube.
  10. Serve immediately hot. If you prepare the filling in the evening, and in the morning just warm it up in the microwave and wrap it in a fried cake, then it will take exactly five minutes.
