  1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Squeeze out the juice.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until golden brown. Add half of the grated zucchini and keep on fire for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  3. Beat the eggs with the remaining half of the raw zucchini, add salt, lemon pepper, saffron and mix thoroughly.
  4. Then add the fried mixture and mix again. Pour the mixture into a preheated frying pan with butter. Put the shrimp on top, reduce the heat, cover and keep on fire until cooked.
  5. When serving, sprinkle with dill greens. Enjoy your meal!
