Mini Tortilla of Cauliflower Recipe
An interesting recipe (past which it was impossible to pass) met me. Quickly, tasty, unusual, minimum ingredients and notice not a drop of oil and not a gram of flour.

  3. Pour into gauze, allow to cool a little and squeeze well, be careful, the cabbage will be very hot! Add two eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth. You can add your favorite spices or finely chopped herbs.

  4. Preheat oven to 190 * C (375*F) and cover baking sheet with parchment. Put the dough on paper in small circles (6 pieces). Put in the oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove and flip. Send back to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.

  5. Cool slightly. Preheat the pan, put the tortillas on a dry pan and lightly fry on both sides with a fork. They are fried very quickly literally 10-15 seconds on each side. Serve with your favorite sauce, meat or fish instead of bread, and a salad would be good too. In General it was universal.
