Instructions
  1. Cut the apple, dried apricots and prunes into small cubes, add raisins, pour in apple juice (or port wine) and leave for an hour.
  2. Prepare minced meat from turkey fillet. I cooked it with a food processor. A little more than a minute – and the filling is ready!
  3. For further cooking, put the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and crushed garlic. Mix the minced meat and whisk it a little.
  4. Soaked dried fruits are squeezed out a little, the juice is drained. If you want the filling to be firmer after cooking and not crumble when slicing, add a little breadcrumbs to the dried fruits.
  5. Place the minced meat on a double sheet of foil in the form of a long rectangle.
  6. Place the filling in the center.
  7. Wrap the minced meat on top of the filling (using foil) and seal it.
  8. Wrap the resulting roll in foil and twist the edges.
  9. Place the roll in a baking dish and place it in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes.
  10. If you want the top of the roll to brown, carefully remove the foil from the top of the roll 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Remove the finished roll from the oven, let it stand for 10 minutes, then cut into portions and serve. Very tasty! In cold form, the roll was also a success for us with a bang.
  11. Bon appetit!
