  1. In a bowl, pour warm water, sour cream, melted butter, egg, sugar, yeast. Mix well with a whisk.
  2. Gradually add flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle a little on the cutting surface, lay out the dough, assemble it into a ball with your hands. Try not to beat the flour, the photo shows that the dough is without flour on the table, the dough sticks to your hands a little, put it in a bowl to rise for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, beat the dough a little and leave for another 30 minutes.
  5. Cut into two parts, one part of the roll “sausage” cut into flat parts. Do the same with the second part, form rolls weighing 45-50grams. Dilute the egg yolk with a small amount of milk, brush the buns.
