White Okroshka on Whey Recipe
I already wrote of one great user that okroshka is what breaks all my brakes. Ready to eat it in liters. With what any. I tried it on the serum recently, after I learned how to cook homemade cottage cheese. There are a lot of benefits and nutrients in it. The taste is very spicy and fresh.   1. Boil the potatoes and eggs and cool them. Clear the daikon. Wash the cucumbers and greens. Put all the food in the refrigerator and let it cool. All ingredients must be at the same temperature.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  3. Put it in a bowl.
  4. Chop the cucumbers into the same cubes as the potatoes.
  5. Similarly, the daikon radish. I really appreciated it. Moderately sweet and yet sharp. And not as pungent as radishes sometimes are.
  6. Mix everything in a large salad bowl.
  7. Just crumble 3 of the four eggs.
  8. Finely chop the onion.
  9. Dill as well.
  10. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator so that it doesn’t get hot. I do not eat meat, so this is my option, for others, the choice is served cold beef, boiled sausage or chicken.
  11. Start preparing the dressing. Mix the honey and mustard thoroughly.
  12. Add the brine. We have from pickled gherkins. It is moderately sour, balanced in spices.
  13. Now the serum. It should be cold.
  14. Dilute with cold sparkling water. I have a simple, artesian one. Its volume is half of the volume of serum.
  15. There also pour the brine with honey and mustard. Put in the refrigerator for a little rest.
  16. Mix the cooled okroshka.
  17. Spread out in deep bowls.
  18. Top up the serum. It is better to prepare the dressing according to the number of servings – it is not stored. Better then, if necessary, knead again.
  19. Add to taste sour cream and half a boiled egg. Mix and treat yourself! This is just incredibly delicious!
