Okroshka "As in a Mother" Recipe
I hardly someone will surprise you with a recipe for hash, but I want to share my favorite version of okroshka. My mother cooks. And this okroshka is the most favorite and delicious!

  1. Onions and dill finely chop, put in a pan and add salt and citric acid. With a pestle to grind the herbs. We need to squeeze the juice out of the greens, not get mashed, so no bigotry. Next, put the sour cream and pour in portions of water stirring constantly until the sour cream is completely dissolved. Try on salt and acid, if necessary, add more.
