Bonus to them – two sauces. The ratio of mayonnaise / sour cream is relative, you can change it in any direction or even exclude mayonnaise. I recommend cooking sauces just before serving, and not for the future.

  1. Cut off the sharp flapping part from the wings.
  2. For marinating, pour over the barbecue sauce.
