  1. Here are the products we need. I had a piece of parmesan and hard cheese.
  2. Cut the zucchini and potatoes into identical cubes.
  3. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes and mash into a puree. As soon as it cools down a little, add salt, pepper, oregano, finely chopped garlic and eggs. Mix everything well, add a third of the grated cheese and mix well again.
  4. Place in a greased pan and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. I focus on the cheese crust, both gilded and resulting.
  6. It is served in a casserole or with meat, or with vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
