  1. Here are the products we need.
  2. My zucchini are small and they need to be cut in half, and then cut each half into slices.
  3. Tomatoes, if small, then cut into circles, but they are large for me, so I cut into half rings. Finely chop the garlic and hot pepper.
  4. Fry the zucchini until golden brown.
  5. Grease the bottom of the pan with oil. Put a piece of tomato, add a little salt and sprinkle with a pinch of garlic and pepper.
  6. Then lay out some zucchini and sprinkle them with black pepper, turmeric and coriander.
  7. And so repeat the layers and sprinkle with salt and spices. Dilute the tomato paste with water and sugar and pour over the top. Close the lid, let it boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  8. Mix yogurt or cream cheese with crushed garlic and salt. Before serving, the dish is smeared with yogurt.
  9. Then put the vegetables on top and pour over the yogurt, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and red pepper flakes. Enjoy your meal!!!
