Instructions
  1. Put the cookies in a plastic bag, tie it up. Roll out the package with a rolling pin to crumble the cookies (but not into small crumbs!).
  2. In a bowl, finely chop the cooled butter.
  3. Lay out the cookies.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Put it in a round shape and knead the dough so that you get the base for the pie. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 7-9 minutes.
  6. While the base is baking, prepare the filling. In a large bowl, whisk the yolks (or eggs) with a whisk. Then gradually, without stopping whipping, add condensed milk.
  7. Last of all, add lemon juice and mix.
  8. Remove the mold with the base from the oven, put the filling on it and put it back in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, cool. Remove the pie from the mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  10. Garnish with berries or fruits, fresh or canned, and/or whipped cream before serving. The pie is ready. Enjoy your meal!
