Muffins with cottage cheese are incredibly delicious. I often bake them for tea. Everyone in my family loves muffins, both children and adults! They are very tender, porous, airy and insanely delicious. I recommend it!
In a deep bowl, mix eggs, sugar (if you like sweet pastries, then add a little more sugar), vanilla sugar, salt. Beat white.
Then add cottage cheese and sour cream, mix everything with a whisk. I don’t knead cottage cheese, I like it when I come across grains of cottage cheese.
Add flour, baking powder and mix everything.
Grease the molds with vegetable oil and put 1 tablespoon of dough. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cottage cheese muffins are ready when they cool down, if desired, decorate them with powdered sugar.
