  1. Mix 3 types of flour or in other variants.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the serum or water and add salt.

  5. Then knead the bun with your hands. Cover, leave in a cool place or in the refrigerator.

  7. Transfer the layer to a baking dish or together with the paper on a baking sheet. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  8. Peel the apples. Cut into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Put 350 g of apples in a frying pan in a peeled form.
  9. Add water and simmer over low heat.
