Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe
Why do we marinate barbecue meat? Personally, I have two reasons – to make the cooked meat soft, very tasty and tender and to discover new tastes and get fresh impressions (well, I am very curious by nature). They do not like acidic components in the marinade, such as vinegar, lemon juice (the acids contained in the marinade components change the structure of meat and destroy connective tissue cells), so they are always on the lookout for new components. Well, why not try the Coca-Cola marinade?!

Instructions
  1. To prepare the marinade, we will need: finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, bay leaf, seasoning for meat.
  2. And Coca-Cola. Mix everything together.
  3. Cut the ribs into pieces of a convenient size and put them in the marinade.
  4. For the best result and convenient transportation to the country, I use a package with a double lock. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  5. I prepare the sauce for the ribs in advance, at home. Bring the butter to transparency and add finely chopped onion.
  6. Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar.
  7. And simmer the Coca-Cola over medium heat until the sauce becomes viscous.
  8. Such a sequence.
  9. Whisk with a blender until smooth.
  10. Preheat the coals to the maximum, put the ribs on the grill.
  11. Turn the bars first every 3-4 minutes, then faster so that the meat remains juicy.
  12. Blow up the coals.
  13. Fry until a beautiful golden color and a stunning alluring smell! Serve with pre-cooked sauce!
