Bean Brownies Recipe
This is something incredible!! Who would tell me the years..5 years ago, I would not have believed that I was going to cook brownies with green beans!! Well, for me it’s really unreal inappropriate… but… I still couldn’t overcome my curiosity and cooked it! Incredibly delicious, very chocolate, and you can never say that there is not a gram of flour and eggs in this brownie… what is the basis of a simple boiled red bean… This brownie is completely low-fat, I added chocolate chips and crushed almonds to it, it turned out very tasty!

Instructions
  1. Pre-soak the beans overnight in cold water. Rinse the swollen beans and cook until tender.
  2. Transfer to a blender bowl (250 g of boiled beans) and chop together with vegetable oil.
  3. It should turn out to be such a white mass.
  4. Add oat flakes to the beans.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Add cocoa powder and baking powder. I also added a pinch of long Javanese pepper for flavor (optional).
  7. Chop the almonds and chocolate, add to the main mass and mix.
  8. Put the mass into a mold, flatten and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 gr.
  9. Cool the finished brownies a little, cut into squares and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!!!
