  1. In a saucepan, I poured the oil, warmed it up and put the finely chopped garlic. After a minute – finely chopped onion. Gilded it. I grated the beets on a medium-sized grater and sent them to the onion. Then cook for 10 minutes with minimal heat under the lid. Then I laid out the spices. I have basil, rosemary, thyme and sweet paprika. Mixed it up. Then I waited a couple more minutes. If someone does not like some herbs, then do not put them.
  2. I poured steamed rice. Stirred and then put it with vegetables under the lid for 3 minutes. Poured hot water and salt. I made al-dente rice (for a tooth). I cut off the chili pepper 5 cm and removed the seeds, very thinly sliced. I put it in the rice. Mixed it up. I took it off the fire and wrapped the saucepan in a terry towel. Let rhys reproach him. Ready!
  3. We serve in Lent as a main dish, as well as as a side dish. For example: to lean bean or pea cutlets.
  4. We eat. It’s healthy and delicious! Instead of a set of spicy herbs that I suggested, you can use a ready-made set of Italian herbs. If you do not like it, then put one sweet paprika and chili pepper. It will be no less delicious! We diversify the lenten menu. We make it richer and tastier
