Borscht on Milk Serum Recipe
I love this simple borscht, today I decided to cook it according to the rules of the Zepter, and in a Zepter dish. The result just amazed me: I got a fragrant, delicious, bright borscht with all the useful vitamins stored in it.

  1. Finely chop cabbage, grate carrots and beets, cut pepper into strips, cut onion into cubes.
  2. We will cook borscht without frying and adding water, according to the rules of Zepter: we put beets in a pot.
  3. Put the carrots on the beetroot.
  4. Put the potatoes on the carrots.
  5. Put the onion and bell pepper on the potatoes.
  6. The last layer is cabbage.
  7. Close the pan with a lid, put it on medium heat and bring the arrow to the beginning of the green sector of the thermostat (cooking without adding liquid, watch the external scale), reduce the heat to a minimum. As soon as the arrow of the regulator reaches the middle of the green sector (it took me 10 minutes) – turn off the fire and leave the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
  8. While the vegetables are cooking, add soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, pepper and spices to the whey. Mix well.
  9. Open the lid of the frying pan. Here’s what our vegetables look like in 15 minutes.
  10. Pour in the whey, mix, close the lid and bring the thermostat arrow (follow the external scale) almost to the middle of the green sector, turn off the heat, add chopped herbs and garlic, cover the pan with a lid and leave to “languish” for 15-20 minutes. With this preparation, we have all the useful properties: borscht does not boil, which means we get healthy food.
