  4. The finished dough is divided into four identical parts, rolled into balls. The dough is not cool, but it does not stick to your hands, it is easy to work with. Prepare a round shape of 16-18 cm, with a volume of 1.5 liters.. Chop the greens and mix.
  5. Roll out the dough for buns or smooth it out with your hands into a circle slightly larger than the diameter of the mold.
  6. Put a circle of dough in the mold, 1/3 of greens and 1/3 of butter on it. To cover the next round, I would like to make a crop on the side of the first round. Put the greens, butter and another circle of dough on it again.
  7. Thus, assemble the bread, cover with a film and leave for proofing for 45-60 minutes. Turn on the oven to warm up.
  8. To make the dough rise in 40 minutes. We send it to the oven, I bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 40-50 minutes. In your case, focus on the characteristics of your oven.
  9. Cool the finished bread on the grill under a linen towel.
