  1. To prepare this delicious fragrant bread, the simplest dough recipe is used. Which includes wheat flour, drinking water, olive oil, salt, sugar and yeast. I make pastries in a bread maker. That is, we send all the ingredients to the mixing container, set the “second rise” mode. If you don’t have a bread maker,: mix yeast, warm water and sugar in a large bowl. Leave it on for five to ten minutes. Then mix olive oil, salt and about half of the flour with the yeast mixture. Gradually add the remaining flour. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic. Put the dough in a bowl. Put the bowl in a warm place. Cover with a damp cloth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
  2. Our dough is ready.
  3. Roll out the dough about 5 mm thick. I didn’t even need to add flour, it rolled out incredibly.
  4. Take the seasoning “Italian herbs”. Chop the parmesan, I whipped it with a blender to get both large and small crumbs.
  5. Spread the parmesan and Italian herbs evenly over the dough.
  6. Cut the dough with a knife into even rectangles.
  7. Roll the rectangles into rolls.
  8. For baking, you can take any convenient form. I used a frying pan with a removable handle with a diameter of 28 cm. I have a Teflon-coated frying pan, it doesn’t have to be oiled. You watch when it’s needed. Place the rolls on a baking sheet. No need to stack them too tightly. Cover the rolls with a towel and let the dough stand for another 20 minutes.
  9. Brush the bread with beaten egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  10. Place for baking in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. The fragrance is indescribable.
  11. Let the bread cool. Take it out of the mold. Bread can be sliced, or you can just break the buns.
