To prepare this delicious fragrant bread, the simplest dough recipe is used. Which includes wheat flour, drinking water, olive oil, salt, sugar and yeast. I make pastries in a bread maker. That is, we send all the ingredients to the mixing container, set the “second rise” mode.
If you don’t have a bread maker,:
mix yeast, warm water and sugar in a large bowl. Leave it on for five to ten minutes. Then mix olive oil, salt and about half of the flour with the yeast mixture. Gradually add the remaining flour. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic. Put the dough in a bowl. Put the bowl in a warm place. Cover with a damp cloth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
