Brownies “Special” Recipe
There are many brownie options on the site. After reviewing almost all of them, I can tell you exactly what you haven’t tried yet. I suggest you try one of my favorite brownies. Very tasty, tender, soft and fragrant.

  1. First, prepare the caramel. To do this, put 25 g of butter and 75 g of powdered sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom and heat over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. The mass should acquire a caramel color. Don’t worry if the mixture starts to delaminate. With further mixing, it will become homogeneous.
  2. Grease the mold with oil and pour out the prepared mass, let it cool.
  3. Mix flour and salt.
  4. Put 200 g of butter and chocolate in a water bath and, stirring from time to time, bring to complete dissolution. As soon as the butter and chocolate have dissolved, remove from the heat immediately. Don’t let the mass get too hot!
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Just for a few seconds.
  6. Then add the melted chocolate with butter and mix.
  7. And then add the flour and mix everything.
  8. Break the prepared caramel into small pieces and mix with the dough.
  9. Add the jam and stir. I used blueberry jam.
  10. Lubricate the 22 cm form with oil and cover with parchment paper. Lay out the dough in an even layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. I used walnuts (I love them very much). But you can take any, or you can without them. And bake in a preheated 175*C oven for about 25 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
  11. Let cool and cut into rectangles. Enjoy your meal!!!
