Marble Brownies with Blackberries and Blueberries Recipe
Velvet dough structure, a lot of chocolate, creamy with a layer of tart berry. For me personally, this is the most favorite and delicious brownie in the world. Harmony of taste and a true delight!!! Try to cook and, of course, cook for health.
100gramBerryblueberries, blackberries or raspberries, cherries (fresh or frozen)
Prepare the cheese layer.
Mix with a whisk cottage cheese at room temperature, sugar and yolk.
Chocolate break into pieces, cut the butter into cubes.
In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter until smooth. Remove from the water bath and add the brown sugar 200 g and vanilla sugar. Mix with a whisk. Give the mass to cool slightly, for 10 minutes.
Sift flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder.
In the cooled chocolate mass add eggs and whites egg, mix with a whisk.
A rectangular or square shape 21 x 21 cm cover with parchment paper and oil it with vegetable oil.
Spread 3/4 of the chocolate dough. Spread on top of the cheese mass.
Cover the remaining chocolate dough, take a wooden skewer and several times spend on the dough in any direction to create a marble pattern.
Spread the blackberries and blueberries and push the berry into the dough.
Put the form in a preheated oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 50-60 minutes. The crust edges should seize, and the middle should be slightly firm to the touch but not hard. If you check with a match, it should come out with a small amount of stuck wet crumbs.
Cool, remove the parchment, cut the brownies into small pieces.
