Instructions
  1. Mix 250 g of sifted flour with 2 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt and 1 tsp dry instant yeast. Now add 150 ml of warm milk, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and knead the dough.
  2. Cover the resulting dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
  3. While the dough is resting, you need to prepare the filling. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add 250 g of boiled bulgur and 3 pieces of finely chopped green onions. Stir thoroughly and simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Hard-boiled 3 eggs cut into small cubes and mix with bulgur and green onions. Add salt to taste. If desired, you can add your favorite spices.
  5. The dough came up well, now you need to mash it a little.
  6. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, divide the dough into equal parts. Roll each piece in flour and roll it into a circle with a diameter of about 11 cm .
  7. The thickness of the dough is about 7-10 mm. In the middle I put 1 tablespoon of filling.
  8. Shape the cutlets by lightly pinching the edges. I leave the seam open.
  9. Place the pies on parchment, brush with beaten egg and let stand for about 15 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes, taking into account the characteristics of your oven.
  10. We invite everyone to a treat!
