Such delicious nest buns will not leave anyone indifferent! We will prepare them from Filo dough, especially convenient for those who do not like to mess with the dough. You can take absolutely any filling, in any case it will turn out delicious.
Take eggs, add a fermented milk product to them, it can be kefir, unsweetened yogurt or fermented baked milk, salt, sour cream, baking powder, sunflower oil, mix well.
Add the cottage cheese and mix again.
We take one sheet of Filo dough, lubricate it with our mixture to make a not very thick ball. Do not spread the dough by 5 centimeters with one hand.
We take Chinese chopsticks or chopsticks for barbecue, I took two, because one stick is short. Put it on the edge and wrap the roll to the edge where the dough does not spread.
Then gently squeeze the dough and form an accordion, for this we needed sticks.
We take out the sticks and wrap them in a nest, inside the nest we get an uncoated dough. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
When we form all the buns, grease everything well with the remaining mixture.
In the middle of the rolls, you can put the filling: dried tomatoes, fried mushrooms or minced meat, or you can just grated hard cheese.
I cooked some with tomatoes, and some just with hard cheese. On tomatoes or any other filling, we also spread grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and flax seeds on top and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
