For the starter: mix slightly warm milk, sugar, yeast and flour. Leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
The dough has increased in volume, we begin to knead the dough.
Add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, sour cream, pieces of soft butter to the dough.
Add a pinch of salt and, gradually adding flour, begin to knead the dough.
The dough turns out to be soft, smooth, not sticky to the hands. Knead it well. Brush the dough bun with vegetable oil, cover the bowl with the dough with a napkin and leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Add candied fruits to the risen dough, knead it and knead it.
Divide the dough into equal pieces (I got 18 pieces).
Form a bun by rolling out or stretching a piece into a round shape with your fingers, then gather the edges to the center.
Put the buns in the mold seam down (the shape of 18 cm x 25 cm was used, 15 buns fit into it). Lubricate the top of the rolls with milk.
Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer and focus on the features of its baking.
Remove the finished buns from the oven and let them cool.
Ready-made buns can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, or you can just leave a ruddy top)))
