Cake-Ice Cream “Marshmallow Sweetness” Recipe
An unusual serving of ice cream in the form of a cake, just a fabulous treat for children and adults. The aroma of vanilla, the taste of sweet marshmallows with a hint of bitter chocolate, the subtle sourness of yogurt – it’s insanely delicious! I invite you for a cup of coffee, my dear!!!

  1. Mix the butter at room temperature with vanilla.
  2. Finely chop the cookies.
  3. Mix the butter with the cookies, mix well.
  4. In a bowl, we put food wrap or paper and evenly distribute the oily mixture for cookies, distributing it along the bottom, making bumpers. Put it in the refrigerator.
  5. Cut the marshmallows into pieces, rub with lemon zest and gently make chocolate chips.
  6. Boil the milk.
  7. Mix the yolks with vanilla sugar and brown, beat white.
  8. Continuing to beat the yolks, enter the warm milk.
  9. Put on fire the milk-yolk mixture, strongly heat, but do not boil. Add the zest and cool.
  10. Mix marshmallows and chocolate chips, mix. Put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours, stir every hour to make the ice cream homogeneous.
  11. Spread ice cream on the cake in the form of a dome.
  12. For the glaze, mix cottage cheese, yogurt and powdered sugar, whisk everything and cool.
  13. Pour the glaze and put it back in the freezer until it freezes. Before serving, remove the film from the cake and decorate the top, if desired, with either chocolate chips, or, like mine, melted bitter chocolate and a printed pattern, put marshmallow pieces on top.
