I noticed that there are not so few lovers of baking with cheese! That’s why I’m sharing with you a very tasty and fragrant cake! Soft and tender dough combined with cheese is something! Such cakes are very convenient to take with you on a picnic, and on a long journey, and to work, and to feed unexpected guests.
Preheat the oven to 190 *C.
Mix cottage cheese with butter, add egg, mix.
Add flour mixed with baking powder, salt and sugar. Knead a not very steep dough.
Leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes.
For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add chopped garlic and sour cream, mix.
On a floured table, roll out 2 tortillas from the dough (one circle is slightly larger than the other). I, for convenience, cut out circles with plates of different diameters.
Place a smaller circle on a baking sheet covered with parchment, lubricate the edges with water. Spread the filling over the surface of the circle.
Cover with a second circle, bend the edges under the dough, pinch.
Brush the cake with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Cover the baked tortilla with a towel and cool slightly.
