  1. Mix all the ingredients for brewing. Wait for the volume to increase.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough, add the sourdough mixture.
  3. Knead the dough. Cover and leave to rise for an hour.
  4. Prepare the filling. 2 to make milk pudding, whisk with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Leave to cool completely.
  5. Whisk the butter and sugar. Add the cooled pudding, whisk.
  6. Add the cottage cheese and whisk again.
  7. Sprinkle the cutting board with flour. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm high layer . Cut out circles from a cup or a mold with a diameter of 10 cm.
  8. Place the circles on the prepared baking sheet. Use your fingers to make a recess in the middle for the filling. Just squeeze the dough. Let’s leave it for 10 minutes. Spread a little beaten egg around the cheese cake.
  9. Put the filling in the middle of the cheese cake. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 g.
