Instructions
Cut two thin sheets of lavash lengthwise.
Cut each cut half into long strips about 1.5 cm thick .
In a baking dish, I have it 28×18, put the first layer of chopped pita bread.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, paprika, salt. Beat.
Break the cheese into small pieces and spread over the pita bread. Pour in half of the egg mixture.
Cut mushrooms and onions into cubes.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions until almost ready. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finely chop the greens and send the next layer to the cheese and pita bread.
Place the fried mushrooms and onions on top.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (leave 30-40 g for the last layer), put it on top of the mushrooms.
The remaining two pita bread are also cut into strips and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Pour over the remaining egg mixture and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
We send it to a preheated 180 ° oven for 20 minutes. Focus on your oven. It’s done.
