Cauliflower Baked with Parsnips Recipe
In the casserole, cauliflower is soaked in tomato and cheese sauce and seasoned with parsnips and vegetables. The dish turns out quite bright, thanks to cherry tomatoes, which are baked whole, preserving all the juices and flavors.

  1. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, boil with salt for seven minutes. Flip it into a colander.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, parsnips and basil.
  3. Add the melted cheese to the tomato sauce and mix. Tomato sauce can be replaced with sliced tomatoes.
  4. Put the cauliflower in a bowl, add the tomato and cheese mass, herbs and garlic. Stir, marinate a little.
  5. Finely chop the parsnips. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Chop the onion arbitrarily.
  6. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the vegetables and fry the onion until browned. Then add the zucchini and parsnips, continue to fry for seven minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking dish (I have a shape with a diameter of 28 centimeters). Spread the fried vegetables on top.
  7. Then lay out the cherry tomatoes and season with hops-suneli. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
