  1. Boil the eggs and peel them from the shell. Grate the hard cheese and egg white on a fine grater.
  2. Cut the fish fillet and red onion into small cubes.
  3. Mix everything in one bowl. Add cream cheese.
  4. Mix everything together.
  5. Form small balls with your hands. Sprinkle the egg yolk on top, grated on a fine grater. Place on a platter and refrigerate before serving.
