A good recipe for cheesecakes without yeast! There is not always yeast at home, and not everyone is “friends” with yeast dough, so this recipe is very relevant! Cheesecakes are delicious, lush and very fragrant. And most importantly – fast and easy! Just for busy moms)))
For the dough, mix 100 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs and protein (leave the yolk to cover the cheesecakes), sugar, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, vanilla, baking powder (or 1 incomplete teaspoon of baking soda).
Mix everything well (you can use a mixer) and add 300-400 grams of flour. This is about 2-2.5 cups.
It took me 2.5 glasses.
Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Mix the filling-cottage cheese, sugar (to taste), sour cream, vanilla.
You can add poppy seeds or dried fruits, candied fruits. It all depends on your imagination and tastes)
Take out the dough and divide into 12-14 balls.
Make a tortilla from each ball or cup it with your hands and make a recess, put about 1 tbsp.l. of filling.
Brush with the remaining egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated 190-200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cheesecakes grow well in the oven)
Take it out of the mold, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar and invite everyone to the table!
Believe me, cheesecakes are eaten very quickly!
