  1. Sift 200 g of flour and add salt. Make a recess, pour in vegetable oil and vinegar. Stir lightly.
  2. Add warm water. Knead the dough.
  3. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. The dough is spread on a work surface lightly sprinkled with flour. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible with a rolling pin. The dough turns out elastic, pliable, does not tear. Beat the egg lightly. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Wrap it in a tight roll. Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Brush liberally with egg.
  8. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
