Cheesecake as a Pudding Recipe
Tender pies that taste like pudding. Without flour! Since my cottage cheese was wet, I slightly increased the amount of starch. Added another poppy for a spectacular cut. Shape size 24 cm by 16 cm pie Height-3 cm.

Instructions
All products are taken at room temperature. Add sugar and vanilla to the eggs.
Beat with a mixer.
According to the recipe, it is permissible to take cream or thick fat sour cream. I whipped up the cream.
Transferred the cream to the egg mixture.
Slightly whipped together.
Add the starch (in the original 70 g), salt and soda.
Transfer cottage cheese-2 packs.
Beat again. I decided to add another poppy.
And the zest of 0.5 lemon.
I let it stand for a while so that the starch would start working. The composition has become a little thicker.
Pour into a form with sides on greased parchment.
The original was dried cranberries, I decided to take frozen.
I wrapped it in starch.
Put the berries in the distance.
Sprinkle sugar on top for the crust.
Preheated the electric oven to 180*, put the pie, then turned it down to 170-175*.
The pie was kept in the oven for about 50 minutes, then left on the table until completely cold.
Cut off the edges.
You can take a sample.
Cut into portions.
Transfer to the tea tray. Very soft, lush pieces! The author’s cut-up pie on sour cream had a more pudding-like mass.
