A useful alternative to the traditional cottage cheese Easter. If you want to set the table deliciously, but at the same time “not to gain too much” – then you can prepare this light dessert from cottage cheese.
Pour in the yogurt, add honey and vanilla sugar. Add the corn flour.
Whisk everything into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.
Pour the curd mass into the molds.
A little tip: to make the pudding easier to remove from the molds, put the circles of parchment on the bottom.
Cook the pudding in a steamer for about 30-40 minutes. It rises strongly at first, but then drops to the initial level. Readiness is determined by pressing in the middle – it should spring.
Cool the finished pudding in the molds. Then swipe the knife along the sides of the mold and turn the pudding onto a plate. The design is to your taste. I sprinkled it with brown sugar.
The amount of honey in the recipe can be adjusted to your liking.
