  1. Let’s start cooking cheesecake with stuffing. To do this, wash the apples, peel and core them. Cut into 8 slices. Roll in vanilla sugar.
  2. Put the apples and cranberries in a baking dish (I have silicone).
  3. Next, prepare the cheese filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, semolina in a bowl.
  4. Whisk with an immersion blender until smooth.
  5. Spread the cottage cheese over the apples.
  6. For the dough, mix the egg, sour cream, sugar, salt in a bowl, mix.
  7. Add the melted butter and mix. Next, sift the flour with soda and mix well again.
  8. Spread the dough over the curd layer. Put in a cold oven, turn on 180 degrees, cook for 40-45 minutes. Do not take it out of the oven immediately, but leave the cheesecake there until the oven cools down completely. Gently flip the cheesecake mold onto the platter.
  9. Ready cheesecake can be served to the table!!!
  10. Cheesecake turns out to be very tender)
