  1. Wash carrots, onions and pumpkin, peel, cut onion, pumpkin and carrot into cubes into large pieces.
  2. Fry the vegetables over high heat in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. We take the form in which we will cook the stew, put the fried vegetables in it, wash the pan.
  4. Wash the chicken (I have a leg), dry it, cut it into portions, put it in a dry frying pan with the skin down and fry on both sides until golden brown over high heat.
  5. Place the fried chicken on top of the vegetables in the mold.
  6. Prepare the filling. Mix sour cream, salt, curry, chili pepper and mustard with grains. Dilute with broth or water.
  7. Pour the resulting mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Place the pieces of cheese on top. I specifically don’t put grated cheese and slices so that you can see the chicken and vegetables, it’s up to you. Put the mold in a preheated 220 degree oven, bake until ready for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve the dish hot with herbs, decorate as desired, but you can also without it.
