  1. To prepare this snack, you can take any seafood separately, as well as a cocktail. I took a cocktail of squid, mussels, shrimp, octopus. This scallop snack turns out very well. Take out the seafood in advance and let them spontaneously thaw, throwing it into a colander. Then boil about 1 liter of water and discard the seafood in a colander.
  2. Prepare the marinade. Mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, dry ginger root, freshly ground black pepper and garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
  3. Mix the seafood with the marinade and put it in a cold place for 30 minutes.
  4. Take the onion and red bell pepper, cut into strips.
  5. Prepare the dressing sauce in advance. Mix sweet soy sauce (2 tablespoons) with dry white wine (original rice) (2 tablespoons), with 2 tablespoons of water and corn starch. If you don’t have sweet soy sauce, then take regular soy sauce and add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  6. For cooking, it is better to take a wok. In the absence, use a frying pan (saucepan) with a thick bottom. Fry the onion and bell pepper in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
  7. Gently squeeze the seafood out of the marinade and add to the vegetables. Fry on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Fill the seafood with vegetable dressing sauce, stir and immediately turn off the heat, the sauce will thicken quickly and may burn. No salt is added.
  9. Serve the snack immediately, sprinkled with green onions, finely chopped feathers. This snack is delicious both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
