  1. Add sugar and yeast to the warm milk and stir. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. A puffy cap should be formed.
  2. Sifted flour.
  3. Add milk with yeast, egg and melted butter to the flour.
  4. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes for lifting.
  5. Then knead the dough again and divide into two parts. One part is 3/4, the other is 1/4. Most of the roll out in a circle and put in a baking dish (diameter 26 cm), so that the edges hang a little over the side. The form is better to use a split, if necessary, cover with foil, grease with vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  6. Twist the meat through a meat grinder, add salt, spices, and mix.
  7. Distribute the minced meat in the form.

  10. Spread the pickles on top, sliced into circles.

  13. From the excess dough, using molds, cut flowers, decorated the cake. Make a hole in the center of the pie. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 40-50 minutes, until Golden.
