- Fry the onion and carrot in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil , then add the chopped cabbage, salt, pour a glass of tomato juice, mix. Simmer the cabbage first under the lid on a low heat , then remove the lid and let the juice formed during frying evaporate a little, but not until the end, so that the cabbage remains juicy. In the process, add sugar, pepper mixture, citric acid - all to taste, as you like.
- While the filling cools , knead the dough. In warm water with 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of flour from the total norm, dilute the yeast. After 10 minutes, add the yolk, lightly whipped with a fork protein, salt, vegetable oil, mix and enter the flour. The dough is soft , but not sticky, put it in a bowl , greased with oil, cover with a film, let the dough come up in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
