Finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Add onions, potatoes, salt, pepper (you can add your favorite spices), chopped herbs (I have parsley) and one tablespoon of vegetable oil to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
Brush the Filo dough sheet with vegetable oil. Put the minced meat on the short side of the sheet along the entire length.
Start rolling the dough together with the filling into a tube.
Continue to collapse to the end of the sheet. Do the same with all the other leaves and minced meat.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Put all the tubes tightly together. Thus filling the entire baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 200*C. After 15-20 minutes of baking, when the cake is Golden, cover it with foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
Melt the butter in the milk. Remove the pie from the oven and grease it with milk and butter. Cover with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes.
