Ingredients

Instructions
Pour warm milk into a deep bowl.
Add sunflower oil.
Pour in a glass of warm water. Add salt, sugar and yeast. Stir well.
Add the sifted flour in parts and knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough should double in size.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and boil them.
Mash the potatoes. Salt to taste. Add the pepper, paprika or seasoning, herbes de Provence. Stir well.
Knead the dough that comes up. Divide it into two parts.
Roll each part into a rectangular shape.
Put the mashed potatoes in the middle.
On top of the puree, spread the coarsely chopped pieces of Suluguni.
Wrap the edges to the middle, covering our filling.
You should get a roll.
Carefully cut into portions. I got 10 PCs.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. To move the pieces. Grease the top with egg. Tomatoes cut into round pieces. Spread on each piece.
Place in a preheated 180° oven for 20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
