I sprinkled the finished parts with powdered sugar. Whisk the protein prepared for the “glue” with powdered sugar. Gradually add lemon juice. You should get a thick dense mass. The powder may go a little more, it depends on the amount of protein.
Now we need to collect our boxes. Lubricate the details around the perimeter with glaze, arrange the sides.
The junction of the sides should be smeared with glaze. When the glaze hardens well, but has not dried yet, decorate.
Leave the baskets until the glaze is completely dry.
